Why does it say "Your login context was lost?"

Your browser may have disabled the use of cookies. This would be true if your Internet Zone security in Internet Explorer is set to "High." You can:

  • set it to "Medium."

  • add the site www.remotelabs.com to "trusted sites."

  • customize Internet Zone privacy to allow cookies and session cookies.

Why does it say "account has expired?"

If you get the message "account has expired," contact the training manager within your company or technical support for the lab system. Your service has expired and you need to obtain a renewal of service.

 

Are logins and passwords case-sensitive?

Your user id is case insensitive (that is, it does not matter whether you use upper or lower case) but your password is case-sensitive (it does matter). Ensure you are entering your password in the appropriate case, and that there are no extra characters such as spaces or punctuation. If you are sure of this, check with the training manager within your company or technical support for the lab system, to make sure that you have the correct user id and password.

 

Why does it say "access denied?"

The message "access denied" means that you have made three unsuccessful attempts to log in. Re-enter the address in your browser address field to resume logging in.
