Your user id is case insensitive (that is, it does not matter whether you use upper or lower case) but your password is case-sensitive (it does matter). Ensure you are entering your password in the appropriate case, and that there are no extra characters such as spaces or punctuation. If you are sure of this, check with the training manager within your company or technical support for the lab system, to make sure that you have the correct user id and password.
The message "access denied" means that you have made three unsuccessful attempts to log in. Re-enter the address in your browser address field to resume logging in.
